Store Policies


We guarantee your total satisfaction with iQ and Ultralink products. New, sealed in the box items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used products must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Defective items will be replaced with an identical or similarly priced model after inspection by a qualified iQ or Ultralink technician.

  • New, unused products must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
  • Used and undamaged products will be issued store credit in the form of credits to be used via coupon in the online store. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse. Please include all packaging and accessories prior to shipping.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for new or used products.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.


The iQ and Ultralink products listed on this site are being sold by an authorized retailer and include the manufacturers warranty. If your product is defective upon arrival or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact: To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible please make sure your email and item falls within the following guidelines.

Product displays a manufacturer defect. Therefore it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear.
Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product brand, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.


In general, orders placed before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. During busy periods or holidays, your order will ship within 24-48 hours.

Orders are shipped by Purolator from our Markham, Ontario warehouse.

If you see something on sale, don’t wait. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

If we put an item on sale less than 30 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 30 days, and only if we have the same model and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.


All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. We make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate. We do, however, reserve the right to advise you of any errors prior to processing your invoice. If you are not willing to accept changes on these errors we will cancel your order. We also reserve the right to limit quantities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
